Our Beginnings
The story of LakePointe Orthodontics begins with William H. Krieg. Born, raised, and educated in Detroit, he proudly served during in the Korean War as a captain of the United States Air Force. In 1958 he earned his specialist degree and became the first orthodontist in St. Clair Shores.
LakePointe truly lived up to its reputation as a family practice when his son, William L. Krieg, joined in 1983. Together, they managed a growing practice and supported the community through outreach with Children’s Hospital and Covenant Community Care. Their shared enthusiasm for boating on Lake St. Clair inspired the nautical theme of our office!
As the senior Dr. Krieg sailed into retirement, in 2010, LakePointe welcomed Dr. Brynn Jezdimir to the helm. With her expertise in orthodontic technology, Dr. Jezdimir is passionate about providing the most up-to-date care. Finally, 2020 brought along Dr. Richard Frenchi who, along with the rest of our team, embodies the core values of LakePointe Orthodontics:
